You create a gallery, upload the client's media,
enable sharing, and send the client a private
gallery link or QR code. The client can then view
and download their files from any supported
device.
Can photographers use NJVAULT to deliver both
photos and videos?
Yes. NJVAULT supports both image and video
galleries. Photos can be displayed as optimized
WebP previews for faster viewing while the
original uploaded files remain available for
client downloads. Videos are also included in the
same client gallery.
Will clients receive the original-quality
photos when they download?
Yes. NJVAULT uses optimized images for faster
gallery viewing, but downloads use the original
files uploaded by the studio. Clients can download
individual media files or download the complete
gallery.
How do I share a wedding, event, or photography
gallery with a client?
Open the gallery from your NJVAULT studio
dashboard and enable the client sharing link. You
can copy the gallery URL or download its QR code
and send either option to the client. If sharing
is later disabled, the public gallery link and QR
destination stop providing access.
How much storage do I get with NJVAULT?
New studios can start with the free plan, which
includes up to 400 MB of storage and 100 images
during the trial period. Paid plans increase
available storage to 500 GB, 2 TB, or 5 TB
depending on the selected plan, with paid plans
designed for studios managing larger client
libraries.
Is NJVAULT suitable for wedding photographers
